Syria Accountability Act

The Syria Accountability Act is a law in the United States that was made to make sure that people who do bad things in Syria, like hurting or killing other people, are held responsible for their actions. It also tries to stop other countries from helping Syria do bad things. Basically, it's a rule to help make sure that Syria and its leaders follow the rules and don't hurt innocent people.
