Technostress

Okay kiddo, have you ever felt stressed out or overwhelmed when using technology like your tablet or computer? It's called Technostress.

Technostress happens when we are dealing with technology that doesn't work the way we want it to or when we can't keep up with the constant changes in technology. It can happen to anyone, not just grown-ups.

Imagine you are playing a game on your tablet and suddenly it stops working or the internet goes too slow. You might get frustrated or sad because you can't play the game anymore, right? That's a kind of technostress.

Sometimes, too much exposure to technology can also cause technostress. For example, if you spend too much time playing video games or watching YouTube, you may start to feel tired or irritable.

But don't worry, kiddo, there are ways to reduce technostress, like taking breaks from technology to do other things like playing outside, reading books, or spending time with family and friends. It's important to remember that technology is just a tool and it's okay to take a break from it sometimes.
