Termination of employment

Termination of employment means that you are no longer working at a job. Sometimes it happens when your boss or employer decides that they no longer need your help and they choose to end your job. It might also happen when you decide to quit your job and look for something else. It can also happen when your boss says that you haven't been doing a good enough job, so they choose to fire you.
