Terraced house

Have you ever seen a house which looks like a big block of similar-looking houses together? That's called a terraced house.

Imagine, a long row of identical-looking houses standing next to each other. They are built with similar materials, have similar windows, doors, and roofs. All the houses are built side by side in a straight line on a street. They share common walls that divide them from one another.

Terraced houses are like puzzle pieces, in that they are made to fit together perfectly. That means they look the same and are the same size. Each house has a front door and a garden in the front, while the backyard is also usually small.

One of the best things about a terraced house is that they are often built in a central or city location, which means you can easily go to the local park, go shopping, or go to school.

So, if you see a row of houses that look almost identical, just know that you are looking at a terraced house.
