Texture gradient

Imagine you have a big field with lots of flowers. At first, the flowers right in front of you look really big and detailed, but as you look further and further away, the flowers start to look smaller and less detailed. This is called texture gradient!

When you look at something up close, you can see all the little details and bumps on the surface. But when you look at it from far away, those details start to blend together and you can't see them as well. This is why things that are far away often look smoother and less detailed than things up close.

Texture gradient is really helpful for artists, because it helps them make their drawings or paintings look more realistic. By using texture gradient, they can make things that are far away look like they're really far away, even if they're just on a flat piece of paper.

So, texture gradient is basically when things look smoother and less detailed the further away they are. It's a really cool way that our eyes work, and it helps us understand the world around us!
