The Myth of Sisyphus

The Myth of Sisyphus is an ancient Greek story about a man named Sisyphus, who was punished by the gods for doing something wrong. In the story, Sisyphus was given the task of rolling a huge stone up a mountain. Every time he tried to push the stone to the top, it would roll back down the mountain, and he had to start again. He had to keep doing this forever, with no hope of ever succeeding. The story is used to symbolize struggles and tasks that seem hopeless and never-ending.
