Tibetan Buddhism

Tibetan Buddhism is an ancient religion that has been around for thousands of years. It focuses on meditation, prayer, and other spiritual practices to help people have a better understanding of the world and feel more connected to it. The main goal is to use these practices to be less selfish and become more compassionate towards other people, animals, and the environment. To do this, practitioners of Tibetan Buddhism practice various forms of meditation, such as chanting mantras, visualizing deities and symbols, and breathing exercises. They also typically follow a specific set of ethical guidelines meant to help them become more compassionate and kind. People who practice Tibetan Buddhism also often create mandalas, which are complex art designs meant to represent the universe.
