Tillage

Tillage is like playing in the dirt with a toy bulldozer. We dig up the dirt with the bulldozer to plant seeds or make room for gardens. Farmers and gardeners use different tools to dig up the dirt on a bigger scale. This helps to get rid of weeds and things that could hurt the plants while also making the soil easier for the plants to grow. When the soil is all fluffy, the seeds can easily go in and grow into yummy fruits and vegetables.
