Tiltjet

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen a plane in the sky? Tiltjet is a new kind of plane that can move its engines to fly like a helicopter and land like an airplane.

You know how a helicopter can take off and land straight up and down, just like a toy helicopter you might have? Tiltjet is kind of like a big helicopter with really big propellers.

When Tiltjet is about to take off, it tilts its engines upward and blasts air downwards to lift itself off the ground just like a helicopter. Then, once it’s up in the air, Tiltjet tilts its engines forward to fly forward like an airplane.

When it’s time to land, Tiltjet tilts the engines backwards again and slows down as it comes in for a landing on the runway, just like an airplane.

So tiltjet combines the unique abilities of a helicopter and airplane to create a new kind of flying machine that can take off and land in more places and cope with different kinds of weather conditions. Cool, isn't it?
