Tollense valley battlefield

Tollense Valley Battlefield is an ancient battle site in northeastern Germany. It is one of the earliest battles known in Europe, and it happened around 1200 BC - around the same time as the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations. Archaeologists have found evidence of shining bronze weapons and broken bones, showing us that a very serious battle took place here! It was a battle between two different groups of people, and we can see the remains of an ancient camp and fortifications too. It's like a big game of pretend – like Cowboys and Indians but with real swords and spears!
