Transcendence (religion)

Transcendence is something found in most religions and means that something is greater than the physical world. It means that something is powerful, special and can be seen in different ways. An example of a religion that believes in transcendence is Christianity, which believes that God is all powerful and has no limits. This means that God is above and beyond the physical world and that He has created the world and everything in it. He is a power greater than humans can understand and must be respected and honored.
