Transportation theory is a branch of mathematics that is all about finding the most efficient way to move goods and people around. It can help to solve problems like how much of a certain product should be shipped between two places, or how many buses are needed to move a group of people from one place to another. It uses things like equations, graphs, and diagrams to figure out the most efficient way.
