Okay kiddo, so sometimes really bad things happen to people like car accidents or fires or getting hurt really badly. When this happens, doctors and nurses who are specially trained to help with these types of emergencies work together as a team called a trauma team.
There are different people on the team who do different important jobs. For example, there might be doctors who are really good at fixing bones or stopping bleeding, and there might be nurses who give medicine and take care of the person's breathing. There are also people who help with taking X-rays to see where the person is hurt or people who give blood transfusions to help replace the person's blood.
Everyone on the team works together really quickly and carefully to help the person get better as fast as possible. It takes a lot of practice and skill to work on a trauma team, but they always do their best to help people who are hurt.
