Travel incentive

Hey there kiddo, do you know what a reward is? Well, sometimes companies give rewards to people as a way to encourage them to do a good job or to reach certain goals.

A travel incentive is a type of reward where a person or a group of people are given a chance to go on a really cool and exciting trip as a way to recognize their hard work.

Let's say you're in school and you get really good grades. Your parents might reward you by taking you on a trip to Disneyland or somewhere else you've always wanted to go.

Similarly, in grown-up jobs, companies give employees a chance to go on amazing trips to places like Hawaii, Paris, or New York City for doing a great job or meeting certain goals.

It's a way to say "thanks for your hard work" and also to motivate people to keep doing a great job. Who wouldn't want to be rewarded with a fantastic trip, right?
