True cross

Well kiddo, there's a story about a special cross that's called the "true cross". This cross is thought to be the one that Jesus Christ was crucified on over 2,000 years ago.

You see, back then, the Romans used crosses to execute people as a punishment for their crimes. The true cross is believed to be the very same cross that Jesus was put on when he was sentenced to death.

After Jesus died on the cross, his followers took the cross and kept it safe. It became a symbol of peace and hope for Christians around the world.

Now, over the years, the true cross has taken on a great deal of significance in Christian tradition. Many people believe that just being near it can bring healing, strength, and blessings.

Today, it's thought that this special cross has been broken up into small pieces that are kept in many different churches and cathedrals. Even though the true cross has been divided, it continues to be an important symbol of faith and hope for Christians all around the world.
