Turned v

Okay kiddo, let me try to explain what "turned" means. Have you ever played a game of hide-and-seek? When you're hiding, and you hear the person who is seeking say "TURNED," that means they're done counting and they're ready to start looking for you. In the same way, "turned" means you've changed from one state or position to another. It's kind of like when you turn a toy car upside down and it's not in the same position it was before. Or when you turn a page in a book, it's now facing a different way. In other words, "turned" means you've made a change, flipped something over, or moved it to a new position.
