United Colonies

The United Colonies were a group of colonies in North America that united together to fight against Great Britain in the American Revolution. The thirteen original colonies were the group of colonies that joined together to create the United Colonies. The colonies wanted more freedom and control over their own lives. They didn't want to be controlled by a distant country, like Great Britain. The colonists made a plan to stand together and fight for independence. The colonists fought hard and eventually won the war, and the United Colonies became the United States of America.
