United States Navy Nurse Corps

Okay kiddo, so the United States Navy Nurse Corps is a group of nurses who work for the Navy. They are specially trained to take care of people who are sick, injured or need medical attention.

These nurses work all around the world on Navy ships, helping the sailors and Marines stay healthy. They also work in Navy hospitals, taking care of military members and their families.

The Nurse Corps has been around for a very long time, all the way back to the 1800s. They have done some really important things over the years, like helping soldiers during wars and even going to space with astronauts!

The Navy Nurse Corps is made up of both men and women who have gone through lots of schooling and training to become really good at what they do. They are important members of the Navy team and help make sure everyone stays healthy and well taken care of.
