Urinary incontinence

Urinary incontinence is when you can't control your pee (or pee-pee) and it sometimes comes out when you don't want it to. It's like a leaky faucet that drips water, but instead of water, it's pee.

This can happen to people of all ages, including kids. Sometimes it's because the muscles that hold in your pee get weak and can't work properly. Other times it can happen because of an infection or damage to the bladder or other parts of the body.

Don't worry, though! There are things that can be done to help prevent or treat urinary incontinence. Your doctor might recommend exercises to strengthen your pee muscles, medicine to help control your bladder, or even surgery to fix any damaged parts.

Remember, it's important to talk to a grown-up you trust (like a parent or doctor) if you're having problems with urinary incontinence. They can help you figure out what's going on and how to fix it.
