ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Video feedback

Video feedback is when someone watches a video of something they did and then talks about what they did and what could be done better. This is often used as a way to help people learn, such as when someone is learning a new skill like skating or playing a musical instrument. Video feedback is also used to help people improve their performance in a particular area. By watching a video, someone can see what they did wrong and what they can do better next time. It can be a helpful way to learn or get better at something since it gives somebody the chance to observe and analyze their performance before making changes.
