Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a very important vitamin that our body needs for many things like making blood cells and keeping our nerves healthy.

Think of it like food for tiny cells in our body that help us do important things like walk, talk, eat, and breathe. We need to eat foods that have vitamin B12 in them to keep those cells healthy and happy.

Sometimes our body has a hard time getting enough vitamin B12 from our food, especially if we don't eat meat, fish, or dairy products. In that case, doctors might give us a special injection or pill to help us get the vitamin B12 we need.

And just like how we need to eat a balanced diet to keep our body healthy, we also need to make sure we're getting enough vitamin B12 to keep our body working the way it should!
