Vocal fry register

Okay kiddo, so you know how your voice can sound high or low? Well, there's something called the vocal fry register, which is when your voice sounds all crackly and creaky like a door that needs oiling.

When you use vocal fry, you're making your vocal cords vibrate very slowly, almost like they're just shaking in place. This creates that creaky sound. Some people use vocal fry on purpose, and it can sound really cool, kind of like a little growl in your voice!

But, just like anything else, using vocal fry too much can be bad for your voice. It can make your throat feel tired or sore, and can even damage your vocal cords if you use it too much. So, it's okay to use vocal fry every now and then, but it's important to take care of your voice and use a variety of different vocal registers.
