Wage slavery

Wage slavery is when someone works for a company and doesn't get paid enough for their work. They may need to work long hours, but their paycheck will not be enough for them to live comfortably. This means they are stuck working for the company, even though they can’t afford to do anything else. It's like being a slave, in a way, because they are expected to keep working for the company without getting anything in return.
