Walking

Walking is a movement where you take steps with your feet. You use your legs and feet to move your whole body forward. When you walk, you put one foot in front of the other and take a step, then you put the other foot in front of the other and take another step. You can walk on the ground, stairs, or other places like in a mall. Walking is a great way to get exercise and stay healthy!
