Wash copper

Okay kiddo, so copper is a type of metal that can get dirty over time. When copper gets dirty, it can look brown or greenish and it might not shine like it used to. So, to make it clean and shiny again, we need to wash it!

Here's how you can do it: First, get a soft cloth and some warm soapy water. Dip the cloth in the soapy water and gently rub it over the copper. Make sure you get all the dirty spots and use a bit of pressure if needed to get the dirt off.

Next, rinse the copper with clean water to get rid of any soap residue.

After that, dry it with a clean, dry cloth. You can also use a hair dryer on a low setting to make sure it's completely dry.

If you want to keep the copper shiny for longer, you can also apply a coat of copper polish. To do this, put a small amount of copper polish on a cloth and rub it onto the copper. Then use a different cloth to buff it off until it's shiny again.
