West Indies Federation

The West Indies Federation was a group of islands located in the Caribbean Sea, and it lasted from 1958 to 1962. The islands in the Federation were independent countries, but all of those countries decided to join together to form the "West Indies Federation". This way, they could work together on things that would benefit the whole region, like economic development, healthcare, and education. Unfortunately, the Federation did not last very long - some of the island countries decided to go their own way and stop being a part of the Federation in 1962. The West Indies Federation is a good example of how countries can work together to achieve better results.
