Whipped cream

Well, whipped cream starts with something called heavy cream. This is a thick, white liquid that comes from cows. It's what we use to make butter and cheese too!

To turn heavy cream into whipped cream, we need to use a special tool called a whisk or an electric mixer. These things help us mix the heavy cream really fast, which adds air to it and turns it into a fluffy, light substance. It's like blowing bubbles in a milkshake with a straw!

When we do this, the heavy cream changes color and becomes thicker, almost like a cloud! We can add some sugar or other flavorings to make it taste even better. And then it's ready to be put on top of our favorite treats!
