Wing

Wings are things on some animals and machines that help them fly. They are usually flat and wide, like a paper airplane. When an animal or machine with wings moves, the air flows over the wings and creates something called lift. This lift helps the animal or machine stay in the air and move through it. Birds and insects have wings that are part of their bodies and can move them to change direction or fly faster. Airplanes and helicopters have wings that are attached to their bodies and are used to help them stay in the air and move around. Wings are very important for flying and cool to look at!
