Wrapped Cauchy distribution

A wrapped Cauchy distribution is a type of probability distribution. It is used to describe the pattern of a set of data. Imagine a giant slinky ( like a big spring) lying on the ground in a circular pattern. If you put a bunch of marbles on the slinky, each marble would have an assigned position on the slinky. This pattern of marbles can be described with a wrapped Cauchy distribution. Basically, it is a way of looking at patterns of data and predicting what might happen next.
