Yang Zhirou is a person from China who lived a long, long time ago. He was really smart and he invented something called the Yang Style Tai Chi. Tai Chi is great because it helps people feel calm and strong, and it's also good for their body.
Yang Zhirou made the Yang Style Tai Chi even better than it was before. He changed some of the moves and made them smoother and more graceful. He also taught other people how to do Tai Chi so they could be healthy and happy too. Even today, lots of people in China and around the world do Tai Chi and they use the Yang Style that Yang Zhirou invented. So, even though Yang Zhirou lived a long time ago, he still helps people be healthy and feel good through his amazing invention of Tai Chi.
