Geoglyph

Geoglyphs are very large drawings on the ground that can only be seen from above. They are made by removing the top layer of dirt and rocks so that the ground underneath is a different color, which creates the image. The most famous geoglyphs are the Nazca Lines in Peru, which were made over 2000 years ago! People are still not sure what the Nazca Lines were used for, but some believe they were part of a religious ritual or used to help guide people on their travels.
