Integrated pest management

Integrated pest management (IPM) is a way of fighting pests (like bugs, weeds, and disease) that causes less harm to the environment and is safer for people. Instead of blindly spraying a chemical pesticide (like bug spray), IPM uses a combination of techniques, like pest monitoring, habitat management, and biological control to keep pests away. It's like using a combination of methods to keep pests away instead of using just one solution.
