Acoustic tag

Acoustic Tags are special tags that send out sound waves when in the water. Scientists put these tags on dolphins, whales, and other sea creatures, and they can use special receivers to listen for the sound waves to learn things like where the animals go and how long they stay there. It's like tracking a boat but with sound instead of GPS!
