Action is when we use our thoughts, feelings and bodies to do things. In philosophy, action is thinking about what we should do and then doing it. We think about whether or not we should do certain things and then decide if we should do them. We use our bodies to carry out the things we decide to do. There are some times when it can be hard to decide if we should do something, so pressing pause and taking the time to think can help us make the best decision.
