Administration of an estate on death

When someone dies, they usually leave behind some things like money, property, and other belongings. These things together are called their estate.

Now, the estate needs to be looked after and given to the right people. This is where the process of estate administration comes in.

There are people who are responsible for looking after the estate after someone dies. These people are usually named in the will left by the person who died.

The people who are named in the will are called executors. They have to go through a process of sorting out all the things in the estate. This includes finding out what the person who died owned, any debts they had, and who is going to inherit the estate.

Once the executors have sorted all of this out, they need to get the legal paperwork done so that the people who are going to inherit the estate can be given everything that they are entitled to.

This process can be quite complicated and can take some time to complete. But it is important that it is done properly so that everything is sorted out fairly and everyone gets what they are supposed to.
