Alcohol dementia

Alcohol dementia is when someone's brain gets hurt from drinking too much alcohol over a long time. You know how our brains help us remember things and make decisions? Well, when someone drinks alcohol too much for a long time, it can damage the brain and make it harder for them to remember things or make good choices.

Just like when you drop a toy too many times and it gets broken, too much alcohol can break our brains. People with alcohol dementia might forget important things like their name, where they live, or even how to do simple things like tie their shoes.

It's really not good to drink too much alcohol because it can hurt our brains and make it hard for us to live and do things. That's why it's important to always drink responsibly and keep our brains healthy!
