Aligue fried rice

Okay kiddo, so aligue fried rice is basically just rice that is cooked with something called aligue. Aligue is a fancy word for crab fat, which comes from the insides of crabs.

To make aligue fried rice, you start by cooking some rice like normal. Then you add some oil and heat it up in a pan. Once the oil is hot, you add the aligue and stir it all together.

The aligue will give the rice a really tasty and unique flavor that's kind of like crab. It also makes the rice kind of yellow or orange.

Some people like to add other ingredients to their aligue fried rice, like veggies, meat, or eggs. But the main thing that makes it aligue fried rice is the aligue!

So basically, aligue fried rice is just rice with crab fat mixed in for flavor. Yum!
