Americanism (ideology)

Americanism is an ideology based on the belief that the United States is the best country in the world. People who support Americanism think the United States is special and should be respected and protected, and that the United States should strive to be a global leader. They also believe that all Americans should be proud of their country, work towards its progress and success, and show respect for its values, institutions, laws and symbols.
