Hey there kiddo! So you know how sometimes people join together with other people who work the same job as them, in something called a union? Well, some companies and groups really don't like that and try to stop it from happening. These companies and groups are called anti-union organizations.
Sometimes anti-union organizations will say things to scare workers, like "if you join a union, you'll have to pay more money and might lose your job." They might also try to make it harder for workers to join a union by telling them they can't or making it very difficult.
These groups don't want workers to have the power to ask for better pay, better working conditions or job security. They want to be in charge and make all the decisions for the workers without listening to what they have to say.
It's important for workers to know that it's their right to join a union if they want to, and anti-union organizations shouldn't stand in their way. Hopefully, as people grow up, they will stand up for their rights and work together to make sure they are treated fairly at their job.
