Atrocity propaganda

Atrocity propaganda is when someone tries to make people scared of or angry at someone else by telling them bad or scary things that they think the other person did. It's like some people telling stories that are untrue or exaggerated to make it sound like the other person or group did something really bad. It's sort of like a rumor, but with a more serious purpose. It's like someone trying to turn people against someone else.
