Azeotrope

An azeotrope is like a special mixture of two or more liquids. The liquids can't be separated easily, even if you try to boil it or cool it. Even if you mix the liquids together and shake them, they will quickly come apart and go back to how they were before. This is because the properties of the liquids, like the boiling or freezing points, stay the same when mixed together.
