Ebulliometer

An ebulliometer is a special machine that measures the boiling point of liquids. Boiling point is how hot a liquid has to be before it changes into a gas. The ebulliometer works by heating up a sample of a liquid until it boils, and then measuring the temperature at which it boils. This temperature tells you the boiling point, so it helps scientists and engineers figure out what kind of liquid it is and what it can be used for.
