Bagh bandi is a game that comes from the South Asian country of Bangladesh. It is played on a rectangular board with 20 squares in two rows, and each player has four tigers and 20 goats.
The goal of the game is for the player with the tigers to capture all of the goats, while the player with the goats tries to block and trap the tigers so they can't move.
To start, the goats are placed on the board, and the tigers are placed on the outside squares at random. The player with the goats goes first, and can move one goat to a neighboring empty square. The player with the tigers then moves one tiger to an adjacent empty square, or can jump over a goat to capture it, removing it from the board.
The goats can't capture tigers, but they can block them from moving by surrounding them. The game continues until either all the goats are captured, or the tigers are unable to move.
It requires strategy and planning to win, and can be a fun way to pass the time with friends and family!
