Ballooning (spider)

Okay buddy, have you ever seen a spider float in the air like a balloon? That's called ballooning! It's when a spider climbs up to a high spot, lets out a silk thread, and gets picked up by the wind.

Have you ever blown up a balloon? You blow air into it and it gets bigger, right? Well, when a spider does ballooning, the wind blows it up like a balloon and takes it on a ride!

It's like when you close your eyes and imagine that you can fly just like a superhero, except spiders can actually do it (sort of!). Isn't that awesome?
