Ballot box

A ballot box is a special container that people use to put in their voting decisions during elections. It's like a big jar or a box with a hole on top where people can drop in their voting paper or ballot. The ballot box is made of strong and sturdy material, usually wood or metal, so that it can protect the votes inside it. When everyone has finished voting, the ballot box is securely locked, and it is taken to a counting center. People then count all the votes carefully to see who won the election. The ballot box is important because it keeps all the votes safe and ensures that everyone's voice is heard fairly during the voting process.
