ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Behavioral optometry

Behavioral optometry is a type of eye care that looks at how people use their eyes. It focuses on how you use your eyes to see, to think, and to do things like read and write. A behavioral optometrist helps people with problems like difficulty reading, poor depth perception, and eye strain. They can suggest things to help, like glasses, lenses, and exercises to help you use your eyes more comfortably and effectively.
