Black company (Japanese term)

Black company is a Japanese term that describes a workplace that takes a lot of hours and doesn't pay very much, or offers very few benefits. Basically, it's a job that's not very nice to work at. Imagine working at a job where you are expected to be at work all the time and don't get paid very much, or don't get nice things like paid vacation time or health insurance. That would be a black company.
