Boating is using a boat to get from one place to another, or just boating for fun! Boats come in all shapes and sizes, and some are made for fishing and some are made for carrying people or things. To get a boat, you need to buy or rent it, or someone might let you borrow theirs. To make the boat move, you need something to power it, like an outboard motor, sails, an electric motor, or a paddle. Safety equipment like life jackets and a floating device are must-haves when you're boating. Before heading out on the water, it's important to make sure your boat is in good shape and you have all the safety supplies onboard. And don't forget to have fun!
