Boiler

A boiler is like a big metal kettle that uses heat to warm up water. The water inside the boiler becomes very hot and turns into steam. The steam is then sent through pipes to heat up things like your home, water for your shower or your school. It's kind of like how your mom boils water on the stove to make tea or hot cocoa, but on a much bigger scale!
