Okay, kiddo, so have you ever wanted to buy something from the store but it wasn't in stock? Or maybe you didn't have time to go to the store and wanted to buy it online instead?
That's where the idea of "bricks and clicks" comes in. "Bricks" mean the physical stores you can go to with walls made out of bricks, like the supermarket or the toy store. "Clicks" mean the websites you can visit and buy things from online, like Amazon or Target's website.
So some stores are just "bricks" and you can only go there in person to buy things. But some stores are "clicks" and you can only buy things from them online. And then there are stores that combine both "bricks" and "clicks." That means you can buy things from them either in person at their physical store, or online from their website.
Does that make sense, kiddo?
